1. Where is Meralda based?

Meralda is a U.S.–based brand dedicated to providing high-quality fashion and beauty products that blend style, comfort, and sophistication. All orders are processed through our secure U.S. fulfillment system and shipped worldwide.

2. How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, after which your order will be shipped.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We can make changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible to contact@shopmeralda.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry if that happens!
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item. We’ll send you a replacement or process a refund according to our Refund Policy.

We’ll quickly investigate with our shipping partners and make sure you’re taken care of — whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
